Overview
The Production Planner leads the EMEA production intake and operational engagement tier for one of our key global clients, serving as the critical bridge between regional client teams and production teams. This role owns end-to-end briefing governance, strategic resource routing, and direct client relationship management across EMEA markets.
This role is responsible for ensuring the operating model is successfully implemented for the EMEA landscape, balancing multi-market nuances, localization needs, and cross-border delivery, while delivering on clear intake standards, structured briefing handoffs, and transparent client communication to drive scalable, high-quality production.

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary operational partner for EMEA client teams, leading regular check-ins, status reviews, and expectation-setting.
- Intake & Scoping via Marcel Make: Own the regional intake front door, managing versioning and adaptation requests submitted through Marcel Make, and evaluating briefs for readiness and feasibility.
- Team Briefing & Routing: Translate client requests into actionable scopes and route projects to the appropriate creative, production, or localization teams.
- Tooling & Data Governance: Oversee the regional tool stack, ensuring data hygiene, version control, and real-time operational reporting across client dashboards.
- AI & Workflow Automation: Champion AI-driven tools, smart templates, and automated workflows to accelerate briefing handoffs, asset adaptation, and administrative production tasks.
- EMEA Model Alignment: Ensure workflows account for multi-market nuances, including language adaptation, regional compliance, and cross-border timelines.
- Scope & Change Control: Manage scope boundaries, align stakeholders on revisions, and secure approvals for change requests.
Qualifications
- Experience in program/project management or production operations in multi-market environments.
- Highly skilled in workflow tools such as Workfront/Airtable (or equivalents), familiar with delivery practices to enable and support production and project management efficiencies.
- Data and Dashboarding: Proficiency with distilling dashboard information into actionable / client insights.
- Previous experience with change management initiatives, ensuring regional adherence to processes and workflows; but able to design custom as needed.
