The company’s multi-award-winning team produces a branded portfolio that includes Forest Feast, ACTI-SNACK, Just Live a Little & Indie Bay serving customers across retail, foodservice, e-commerce, and travel retail channels. FOREST FEAST exports to 30 customers worldwide, reflecting its strong international presence and growth potential.
General Role
To effectively schedule the factories' production lines, optimizing runs and minimizing downtime based on allergens whilst maintaining our Customer Service level.

Main Responsibilities
- Import the forecasting
- Production planning using computer software package, e.g., Defacto/ERP/MRP etc
- Running reports daily (min/max stock holding per product area)
- Planning BBE/levels & availability
- Analyse Forecast v Sales & report
- Liaising with managers and other departments to ensure smooth running of production
- Using computer software to collect and analyse figures and produce schedules ensuring schedule is optimized in accordance with allergen management, minimizing changeover where possible.
- Capacity plan update
- Goods out daily
- Check raw materials for line and works orders ensuring appropriate stock availability
- CSL report update
- BOM tables updated for packaging and raw material requirements
- Stock availability

What you need
- At least 2 years experience in a production planning and scheduling role
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills
