To strengthen our motivated Talent Attraction Team at our Bradford plant, we are looking for a passionate Production Planner.
Your Role
You will plan and coordinate the manufacturing schedule for our leaflet operation.
You will manage tight production deadlines to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
You will monitor daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
You will work closely with the Lead Planner, suppliers, production, goods in, and technical teams to maintain an efficient workflow.
You will manage short- and long-term material call-offs, purchase orders, and demand forecasts.
You will maintain accurate production schedules and prepare reports as required.
You will coordinate with outworkers to ensure jobs are managed efficiently and delivered to schedule.
You will provide administrative and operational support to the senior management team.
You will review and check customer-supplied artwork before it is released into production.
You will manage the batch release process for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely progression through production.

Your Profile
You have previous experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment.
You have strong commercial awareness and understand the impact of planning decisions on business performance.
You have experience using an MRP system.
You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
You have excellent decision-making skills and the confidence to act decisively.
You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working under pressure.
You have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to understand and respond to stakeholder requirements.
You have a proactive, organised approach to problem solving and prioritising your workload.
