Job Title

This is a highly client-facing role, combining production management, resource planning and operational oversight. You will be responsible for scheduling crew and facilities, managing production logistics, overseeing project budgets and supporting the commercial delivery of client projects. You will act as the day-to-day operational lead for your assigned clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Alongside ownership of your client portfolio, you will work collaboratively with the wider Production & Resource Management, Client Account Management and Media Services teams to maximise crew and facility utilisation and ensure the smooth operation of our production centre.

The role supports multiple concurrent productions across studio and remote workflows, requiring excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing production requirements.

As this role involves regular interaction with clients, we are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Whilst this is primarily a Monday to Friday position, flexibility is essential, as evening and weekend working will occasionally be required to support live productions and client requirements. There will also be opportunities to work on-site to support clients and collaborate closely with the Media Services team on end-to-end productions.

Why join us?

You’ll play a key role in delivering world-class productions for some of the industry’s leading clients, working alongside an experienced team in one of the UK’s most advanced production facilities. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
