Key Responsibilities:
- Produce a filling schedule based on information from SAP software
- Produce a blowing schedule to match the filling schedule
- Check all packaging materials from external sources to match the filling schedules are available when required
- Communicate filling and blowing schedules to production management in agreed formats
- Monitor and record filling and blowmoulding production to check conformance to plan and issue accordingly
- Plan promotions within approved volume and target dates
- Check that all packaging for promotions is ordered in line with filling plans
- Inform key contacts of any customer service issues in agreed format
- In conjunction with the product change co-ordinators, product last and first runs using agreed procedures and SAP
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with contacts in other departments
Key Results Areas:
- Customer service level within factory group
- Finished goods inventory levels
- Success of product promotions against agreed volumes and dates
- Success of new product launches against agreed schedules
- To ensure vertical and horizontal communication channels are established, maintained and of use to all
- To promote a culture where safety and environmental protection are understood and respected
- Customer service levels within factory group in relation to pre-agreed targets
- Finished goods inventory levels to be measured against agreed targets
- Achieving promotional targets
- Reducing stock and componentry write off’s by working in conjunction with the product change co-ordinators to create effective planning of new product launches, supersessions and run out of discontinued products

- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

SAP
- Has a thorough knowledge of the SAP transactions and processes
- Able to interrogate and investigate inventory accuracy and discrepancies
Master Data Control
- Has a thorough knowledge of SAP product launch & withdrawal processes
- Has a thorough knowledge of SAP Master Data requirements and procedures
Supplier Management
- Has full knowledge of Supplier base and supply constraints
- Has knowledge of repro and printing processes
Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge of suitable processes and skills application
- Participates in continuous improvement activities
