Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Scheduler will prepare, issue, and control production schedules and direct material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of goods and materials to meet production requirements and customer demand. We seek an entry-level professional to support production planning, process development, customer interaction, business partnership, systems/data management, and reporting and analysis.

Key Accountabilities
- Create production schedules and proactively manage necessary adjustments to guarantee sufficient stock for customer deliveries in a cost-efficient way.
- Support supply chain key performance indicators data collection, reporting, analysis, and taking timely actions when appropriate to meet the targets and close deviations.
- Provide necessary input to supply planner for assigned product or location.
- Maintain data relevant to master production planning, production scheduling, and material requirements planning activities including planning calendars, material data, and location data.
- Conduct stock movement reviews and support variance investigations for finished goods under guidance.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience in production or supply chain planning
- Experience with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
