Your Tasks

  • Practical "hands-on" role on the production line, operating, setting and diagnosing issues on production line.
  • Carry out TPM, quality checks using tools for minor electromechanical repairs.
  • Resolve production equipment issues with the various support functions as required.
  • Support improvement activities.
  • Train and support operators in safe machine operation and process adherence.
  • Operate in accordance with Brose Policies and Procedures.
  • Be the technical point of contact on shift for equipment, process and quality issues.
  • Support the Team Leader in adherence to process.
  • An ability to work under pressure in a production environment.

Your Profile

  • Good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Fully understand Brose Basic rules and an awareness of Health and Safety adherence.
  • Strong interest in solving technical problems.
  • Have a practical "hands-on" ability.
  • Excellent communication skills. Both verbal and PC based.
