Production Shift Manager
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Shift Manager to join our team in Peterborough, working a 4 on 4 off day-shift pattern.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a production area, leading your team to deliver shift KPIs while maintaining high standards of health and safety, hygiene, quality, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement across our fresh produce operation.

Responsibilities

Requirements
We’re looking for someone with production leadership experience in a food manufacturing, fresh produce, or similar fast-paced environment. You’ll need:
