Are you a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager, Area Manager, or a Senior Supervisor looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently working with a well established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Shift Manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri days. This role will need someone who has operated in a chilled manufacturing environment, ideally meat.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Health & Safety
  • Production planning
  • Ensuring food safety and quality standards are adhered to
  • Working cross functionally with the Technical, Engineering and Planning teams
  • Finding areas to implement CI and Lean Manufacturing initiatives

Requirements

  • +5 years' experience operating at middle management within food manufacturing
  • A hands on leader that leads by example and delivers results
  • Clear communication with your team to deliver on targets, improving standards and cross department communication
