Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Specialist

  • Serve as the ambassador for your area of the business, dealing with external companies, suppliers, and being the go-to person for any technical queries.

Labels & Promo Specialist

  • Ensure every label and promotional item is produced and finished to the highest standard through the most efficient processes possible.
  • Serve as the ambassador for your area of the business, dealing with external companies, suppliers, and being the go-to person for any technical queries.

Key Systems Ownership

Safety & 5S

  • Ensure the 5S and Safety system is healthy in your areas, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessments (RAs) for equipment are understood and signed by all members of the team.
  • Champion a safety-first culture in the areas; leading weekly safety walks of the area to identify hazards.
  • Be the guardian of the 5S system to ensure that the area is always 'audit-ready'.
  • Define and train the team on the safest processes and ways to operate equipment.

Output

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Team
