Role Description

The Production Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Driffield. The role involves supporting daily production activities, including assembling products, preparing materials, and operating machinery or tools in line with safety and quality standards.

  • Following production schedules
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Performing basic quality checks
  • Reporting any issues to production supervisors

The Production Staff member will collaborate with colleagues across departments, assist with training new team members when required, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support efficient workflow and meet output targets.
  • Candidates should possess strong Quality Control skills to ensure products meet safety, performance, and company standards.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard and guide new production team members when needed.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions, work safely with tools and machinery, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction-related production, or a similar environment is beneficial.
  • Basic numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to complete production documentation accurately.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Driffield, with a reliable work ethic and flexibility to support varying production demands.
