Yolk Recruitment are supporting a growing manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Production Supervisor to join their production operation. This is a hands-on Production Supervisor role working Monday to Friday on a two-shift pattern of 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm, managing a team of production staff across secondary production lines. You will be responsible for safety, quality, workflow and day-to-day production output, with the opportunity to join a business that is expanding and looking to strengthen its supervisory team.

As Production Supervisor, you will oversee a team of operators and forklift drivers, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Conversion Manager to plan workloads, maintain production flow and ensure the right materials and work are available at the right time.

This is a hands-on position where you will be expected to support the team when required, including stepping onto the production line to cover short-term absences and keep operations running smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
