• Lead, support and motivate the production team to achieve departmental objectives and targets.

• Support the completion and review of risk assessments, work instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and relevant training.
• Monitor Health and Safety actions and ensure hazards, faults and concerns are reported promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the HSEQ team to maintain and improve safe working practices.
• Ensure employees receive appropriate Health and Safety induction, information and instruction.

• Previous supervisory, team leader or people-management experience within manufacturing or a similar operational environment.

• Experience of quality control and root cause problem solving.
• Understanding of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
