£15.31 per hour + £1.00 per hour shift allowance
Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm

We’re looking for an organised, confident Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day activities of a busy production team.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll keep production on track, manage priorities and people, maintain quality standards and help reduce waste and downtime.

What you’ll be doing
- Organising daily production schedules, labour and workloads
- Supervising production to achieve targets, deadlines and KPIs
- Monitoring quality and taking action on non-conformance
- Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and downtime
- Training, mentoring and supporting team members
- Managing performance, holidays, attendance and absence
- Conducting return-to-work interviews
- Maintaining production records and reporting progress
- Working with other departments, including Procurement and HR
- Helping maintain a safe, organised working environment
- Supporting the creation of Standard Operating Procedures

What we’re looking for
You’ll need to be well organised, comfortable managing changing priorities and able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. A good understanding of health & safety and safe working practices is essential.
Previous supervisory experience is desirable, alongside Health & Safety Awareness or IOSH Working Safely.
