Hours: Early start – Monday to Friday
Location: On-site – Norwich factory (NR9)
Reports to: Operations Manager

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead our production team and take full ownership of production, quality, throughput and standards on the factory floor. You’ll be here early, setting the pace, leading from the front, and driving efficiency as we scale up.

What you’ll do:
- Lead, motivate and develop the production team — day-to-day management, training and support
- Own production performance — output, throughput, efficiency and waste reduction
- Uphold the highest food quality and safety standards — HACCP, hygiene and full compliance
- Identify improvements and bring fresh ideas
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to shape processes and support business growth
- Be visible and hands-on — a strong, approachable leader your team can rely on
What you’ll bring
- Essential: Solid experience in food manufacturing — you understand the standards, pace and demands of the environment
