Would you like to work for a growing local business, that has the job security of being part of a multi-site industrial manufacturer? Due to gaining more customers and future growth plans, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic production supervisor.
As a Production Supervisor your role and responsibilities will be:
- Leading a team of 10 assembly operatives
- Hands-on with the team, jumping on the machinery to make products when needed
- Lead, develop and motivate everyone
- Workload allocation, attend meetings, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and daily targets
- Ensure full compliance with quality, health and safety procedures

Knowledge, Skills And Experience Need For a Production Supervisor
- Must be happy being hands-on with the team, operating machinery when needed
- Previously have been a production team leader / supervisor
- Must have worked in a manufacturing / production environment
- Able to lead by example, strong character, setting targets / goals
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of process and quality control in an ISO 9001 environment
- Highly organised and adaptable
