Production Supervisor role at a fast-moving manufacturing site.

This role gives you a visible impact on shift performance, continuous improvement and day-to-day team leadership within the production environment. As Production Supervisor, you will lead from the shop floor, drive quality and safety standards, and help people grow through coaching, training and structured performance management.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage 25 operators across a shift, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong team presence on the shop floor.
  • Own QCDP performance by monitoring key indicators, setting shift targets and using PDCA and A3 tools to drive measurable improvements.
  • Lead problem response in real time, including containment, escalation to support functions, and creation of corrective action plans when issues arise.
  • Enforce standards across HSE, TPM, 5S and quality, including audits and follow-up to ensure standard work is respected every day.
  • Coach and develop GAP Leaders and team members, including workload planning, morning huddles and clear communication of critical updates.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, build training plans for team autonomy, and contribute to performance reviews and recognition.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven supervisory experience within an industrial, production or operations setting, with confidence leading teams through shift patterns.
  • Strong skills in performance management, coaching and accountability, with a practical approach to driving consistent outcomes.
  • Experience using structured improvement methods such as PDCA or A3 problem-solving, or the ability to learn quickly and apply them on the shop floor.
  • A clear commitment to safety and quality, including leading by example and taking immediate action when safety risks are identified.
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset, with strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate across internal stakeholders.

As a Production Supervisor, you will help this company protect performance through safe, compliant and consistent production delivery.
