Are you an ambitious and motivated leader looking to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor - Copper Department to join our growing manufacturing facility in Campsie.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to take the next step in their career and further develop their leadership experience within our Campsie operations. About the Role

Reporting directly to the Production/Operations Copper Manager - the successful candidate will oversee multiple production teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing teams while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

This role would suit a proactive, hands-on individual with strong leadership and communication skills, who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive production output and efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.
  • Lead, motivate, and support production teams to achieve operational targets.
  • Monitor performance and conduct, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews where required.
  • Work closely with Production Management, Scheduling, Logistics, Engineering, and Stores teams to ensure production deadlines are achieved.
  • Support Team Leads with technical guidance and problem-solving.
  • Conduct return-to-work interviews, disciplinary meetings, and employee reviews in line with company procedures.
  • Identify training and development needs alongside the in-house Technical Trainer.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards across production areas.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and minimise overtime where possible.
  • Assist with the setup and optimisation of high-volume production lines for existing and new products.

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams to achieve production and performance targets.
  • Experience setting up and managing high-volume production lines.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

  • IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition qualification.
