Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)
£32,000 - £34,500 + 33 Days Holiday + Company Benefits
Location: Barnsley
Are you a Production Supervisor/Team Leader from a food manufacturing background, looking to join a growing company that offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression towards a shift manager position and beyond?
In this role, you will be supervising a team of 4-5 Production Operatives and reporting directly to the Shift Manager. You will work hands-on alongside the production team while carrying out your supervisory responsibilities, including:
- Managing stock levels
- Monitoring the shop floor
- Overseeing day-to-day production
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives

They manufacture a range of fresh ingredients and pride themselves on the quality of their products, the training and development they provide to their staff, as well as their continuously expanding product range.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor or similar from a food manufacturing background, who is looking for a hands-on position where they can develop their skills, and progress their career within a growing company.
The Role
- Hands-on supervising a team of 4-5 production operatives
- Monitoring the shop floor and managing stock levels
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 5/6am - 1/2pm, then 1/2pm - 9/10pm, rotating weekly
