About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at Agri-Lloyd in Leominster. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, to the required quality standards, and on schedule.
Working closely with the Operations team, you’ll lead and motivate production personnel, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help create a positive, high-performing manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and supporting the production team to achieve daily production targets
- Ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards
- Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and efficiency
- Supporting continuous improvement projects and driving best practice across production processes
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout all production areas
- Promoting and enforcing Health, Safety, Environmental, and PPE requirements at all times
- Assisting with training, coaching, and development of production team members
- Supporting stock level management and production planning requirements
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Operations, Quality, and Warehouse functions
- Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring documentation is completed correctly

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who is:
- Experienced in a manufacturing, production, or supervisory role
- A confident leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently and make sound decisions
- Committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance
- A team player who can motivate and engage colleagues
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to changing business requirements
- A quick learner with a positive, proactive attitude
- Competent in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications

Additional Information
You may occasionally be required to:
- Work additional hours to meet business needs
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Travel to other sites
- Undertake other duties within the scope of the role as required by management
