We have an exciting opportunity in the form of Production Supervisor for our Repack department here at Gousto. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll lead a team of Section and Team Leaders on shift to deliver the perfect Gousto box to every customer, on time, every time.
- Lead and Inspire your team - You’ll support with the running of the shift alongside the management team, leading energising team briefs, building an inclusive and motivating culture, and coaching your Section and Team Leaders to be their best. You’ll also support key people processes such as recruitment, performance conversations and investigations
- Champion Safety and Wellbeing - Safety is non-negotiable. You’ll make sure everyone follows safe working practices and that our teams feel supported throughout the shift
- Drive Operational excellence - You’ll keep the operation running smoothly by ensuring food safety (GMP) standards are met and equipment checks are carried out
- Hit the targets that matter - Much like managing KPIs, you’ll focus on delivering against our key metrics including OTIF, stock management and efficient labour and overall performance. You will use data and systems to identify improvements and support your team to deliver excellence.
- Own Stock Flow - You’ll oversee all stock movements throughout the shift, both physically and within our Warehouse Management System, making sure everything is accurate and accounted for
