About AV:

At Australian Vintage we create wines that delight and inspire consumers around the world. With a strong winemaking heritage and a portfolio of recognised brands including McGuigan, Tempus Two, Nepenthe, Barossa Valley Wine Co, Lemsecco and Poco Vino, our products are enjoyed in more than 40 countries.

Consumer-led innovation is at the heart of our approach, from emerging varietals and NoLo wines to RTDs and new packaging formats that respond to changing tastes and drinking occasions.

We’re committed to making good wine that truly is good, guided by our sustainability pillars of Thriving People, Nature Nurture and Meaningful Growth, and a focus on creating a positive impact for people and planet.

About the role:

As our Production & Supply Chain Planner, you'll play an important role in keeping our UK operation moving, making sure we have the right products, packaging and stock available to meet customer demand.

You'll take ownership of production planning and inventory, work closely with suppliers and logistics partners, and help make sure finished goods get where they need to be, when they need to be. You'll also be spotting potential supply issues early, working through problems and finding practical solutions before they impact our customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
