Production & Supply Manager
Salary: £60,000 per year + 10% annual bonus
Location: Kent
Hours: Permanent | Full-time | On-site | Multi-site
This is an incredible opportunity to join an ambitious and growing premium drinks manufacturing business with exciting plans for the future.
Operating across two sites, the business combines production, bottling, warehousing, supply chain and logistics within a fast-paced environment where quality and operational performance are central to its success.
With continued growth ahead, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Production & Supply Manager to take ownership of this broad operational function.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants greater responsibility, real influence and the chance to shape how the operation develops.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership across production, bottling, procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics, ensuring both sites operate as one joined-up and high-performing function.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll combine hands-on operational management with commercial thinking, continuous improvement and people development.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to improve efficiency, strengthen processes and ensure the operation is capable of supporting future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production, bottling, labelling, packaging and scheduling activities.
- Develop production plans aligned with sales forecasts and customer requirements.
- Improve line efficiency, productivity and equipment utilisation.
- Drive continuous improvement across production, quality and waste reduction.
- Manage dry-goods procurement and key supplier relationships.
- Improve forecasting, inventory accuracy and stock management.
- Oversee warehousing, stock movements and dispatch.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics and third-party providers.
- Drive strong OTIF and customer delivery performance.
- Lead, coach and develop production, warehouse and supply chain teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs including OEE, downtime and stock accuracy.
- Maintain strong standards across Health & Safety, HACCP, BRC and regulatory compliance.
About You
You’ll be an experienced production or operations leader with a strong understanding of manufacturing and the confidence to take ownership across a broad operational remit.

You’ll bring:
- Proven production leadership experience within food, drink, FMCG or a closely aligned manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of bottling, packaging or production machinery.
- Experience working with OEE, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- A good understanding of supply chain, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people-development skills.
- Excellent operational problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- A hands-on, positive and collaborative leadership style.
Experience within wine, beverage or bottling would be particularly beneficial.
