My client is hiring a Production Support Engineer to be the backbone of mission-critical front office trading systems - where every millisecond, every alert, and every fix matters. You'll sit at the intersection of trading, engineering, and infrastructure, supporting the full trade lifecycle from pre-trade validation to post-trade processing.
What You'll Own:
- Monitor & support live trading applications in a high-stakes production environment
- Investigate and resolve incidents fast - minimizing downtime is the mission
- Drive root cause analysis and build preventative fixes that stick
- Manage releases, scheduled changes & automated workflows
- Partner with Engineering & Infra to push platform stability and automation forward
- Continuously sharpen monitoring, alerting, and operational processes

What You Bring:
- Background in Application/Production/Front Office Support
- Strong Python and/or Bash scripting
- SQL & relational database experience (PostgreSQL or similar)
- Solid Linux/Unix administration & troubleshooting chops
- Sharp analytical instincts and a calm head under pressure
- A track record of thriving in mission-critical, fast-moving environments
