We're Hiring: Production Team Leader Leicester | 💰 £15.07 per hour | 🕒 37.5 hours/week | Permanent, Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to lead and support our production team in a busy food manufacturing environment.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the production team
- Delivering daily production targets and KPIs
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, HACCP, GMP, and food quality
- Managing day-to-day performance, attendance, and training
- Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste
- Supporting smooth production across different areas of the site

About You:
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous food manufacturing/production experience
- Team Leader or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP, and food hygiene
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, positive approach, and passion for developing people
