Now looking for a dedicated, hands-on Production Team Leader to lead, direct, and motivate an operational cell at their site on the outskirts of Sunderland, easily commutable from Newcastle.
In this role, you will play a vital part in achieving business goals by driving continuous improvement, championing shop-floor safety, maintaining high quality standards, and developing a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For
- Proven Leadership Abilities: Experience directing, motivating, and training a team within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders/customers.
- Organisational Excellence: Strong planning, time-management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Safety First Mindset: A proactive commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and challenging unsafe behaviors.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Willingness to learn, apply, and promote Lean methodology e.g. 5S principles.
