Production Team Lead
Ecolab is seeking a Production Team Lead who will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Production team at our Llantrisant site.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimised through the use of teamwork and TPM / continuous improvement principles.
- Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
- Create an environment in which employees can work safely.
- Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications.
- Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
- Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.
- Performance Management.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing setting, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proven experience monitoring, managing, and driving performance against shift KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within the chemical manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Experience of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
