Are you an experienced Production Manager or Engineering Team Leader looking to join a specialist manufacturer where you'll play a pivotal role in leading production, driving quality improvements and supporting the manufacture of highly specialised engineering equipment supplied worldwide?

The Role:

  • Leading and managing the production team across assembly, repairs and sustaining activities.
  • Planning production schedules, allocating workloads and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Managing ERP systems, inventory control and procurement to ensure production deadlines are achieved.
  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, fault finding and calibration when required.
  • Driving continuous improvements across production, quality and ISO9001 procedures.
  • Liaising with engineering, sales and manufacturing teams to coordinate customer orders and production priorities.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across the production facility.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager or Engineering Team Leader position.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background.
  • Familiar with ERP systems, production planning and inventory management.
