As a Production Leader, you'll take ownership of a key production area within the site, leading a team of 10-12 colleagues to deliver outstanding operational performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused manufacturing leader to influence results, develop capability, and contribute to the success of one of CCEP's flagship operations.

What To Expect
Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaged, and high-performing team while ensuring production plans are delivered efficiently and effectively. You'll combine strong people leadership with operational focus, driving improvements across performance, quality, and sustainability measures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 10-12 colleagues to deliver daily production targets.
- Driving performance across safety, quality, cost, service, and people metrics.
- Improving line efficiency by reducing waste, downtime, and performance losses.
- Partnering with QESH teams to maintain and enhance Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety standards.
- Delivering yield targets across ingredients and packaging through effective performance management.
- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement through effective site routines and data-driven decision-making.
- Acting as a visible leader on shift, creating an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence while developing the capability and confidence of your team to achieve and exceed performance expectations.

Essential:
- Proven experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or operational environment.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and engage teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships across the business.
- Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize effectively in a busy, changing environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to use data and insight to drive performance.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Desirable:
- Experience within FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar manufacturing systems.
- Experience managing production KPIs including efficiency, yield, waste, and labor utilization.
