Right now, we're looking for an exceptional leader to join our Bottling Operations team.
This may be called a Production Team Leader/Manager, but make no mistake, this is a leadership role with real impact. You will lead an operational team within our busy bottling hall, driving performance, developing capability, fostering a positive culture and ensuring we continue to deliver world-class standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

What you'll be doing
- Leading, motivating and developing production teams to achieve outstanding results
- Creating a positive, engaged and inclusive culture where people can thrive
- Driving operational performance across safety, quality, service and productivity measures
- Managing resource planning, attendance and employee development
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues across Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
- Ensuring compliance with all health & safety, quality and regulatory standards
- Supporting and leading change initiatives that improve efficiency and performance
Who we're looking for
We are seeking an experienced people leader with a strong track record of managing teams within a fast-paced operational environment.
You will be recognised for your ability to inspire others, hold people accountable, build capability and deliver results through your team.
You'll bring:
- Experience leading operational teams within FMCG, manufacturing, food & drink, packaging, logistics or a similar production environment
- Strong people management experience, including performance management, coaching and team development
- Proven ability to drive engagement, build positive culture and motivate teams through change
- Experience implementing process improvements and delivering operational excellence
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, GMP standards and manufacturing best practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Experience working within a unionised environment would be advantageous
