Baltic Recruitment are excited to be partnered with WHS Plastics, a global leader in plastic injection moulding, supplying high-quality products to customers worldwide. We're looking for motivated Production Team Members to join a growing team in Pickering.
This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity with pay increases after probation and clear opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career.

What You'll Get
- Starting pay of £12.75 per hour
- Weekly attendance bonus during probation
- Increased pay to £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks
- Overtime paid at £17.75 - £18.56 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating mould and press machinery
- Assembling and quality-checking products
- Working within extrusion and paint plant areas
- Labelling and packing finished products
- Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards
- Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive production team
