From a busy production center, the team creates a wide range of signage and display products that help businesses and events stand out. The company works closely with clients to identify effective, tailored solutions for shops, offices, industrial premises, vehicle fleets, and other settings. Projects are delivered to meet agreed budgets and timelines, with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer service.
Role Description
The Production Team Member (Large Format and Signage) is a full-time, on-site role based in St Ives. This role involves:
- Operating large-format printers and related equipment
- Preparing and finishing signage
- Assisting with the production of window graphics and display materials

While maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The team member will follow job specifications, meet production deadlines, perform basic equipment checks, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality output. The role may also include occasional assistance with installations, loading and unloading materials, and supporting other areas of the production process as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in large-format printing, signage production, or related manufacturing environments.
- Basic technical skills for operating production machinery, using hand tools, and following equipment safety procedures.
- Attention to detail and quality, including accurate measurement, layout, and finishing of printed materials.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple jobs and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to follow written job tickets, verbal instructions, and standard operating procedures reliably.
- Comfort with physical work, including lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and working in a busy production area.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a positive, problem-solving approach to daily tasks.
- Previous experience in signage, print, or graphics production is beneficial but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
- Basic computer literacy for reading digital artwork files and operating printer interfaces is an advantage.
- Full right to work in the UK and reliable commute to St Ives.
