Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer is seeking Production Team Operatives for our Kegworth Site. You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About The Role
You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Production Area Manager working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes. You will be based in our sachets phase.
As a Production Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
Reward and Benefits
You will be paid an annual salary of £32,026.59, inclusive of shift allowance. Your shift pattern will be 3 on 3 off – Days and Nights – 12 Hour Shifts – 6-6. About You
You are going to be part of the Refresco team at Kegworth so it’s important you work and communicate well with your colleagues, support them when needed, take time to understand what they do, and learn how we all contribute to achieving our goals.
As a Production Operative at Refresco Kegworth Operations, you will need to:
- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learn new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.
- Be positive and energetic, and enjoy working in a team.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
