The company’s products are sold online and in over 500 outlets across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and are also regularly shipped to several countries including Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the USA, and Canada. Job Description
The successful applicant will join our production team, assisting with the packing of our biscuits and cakes.

Hours: Flexible — at the moment it's full-time, around 37.5 a week, with shifts varying between 07:00 and 17:00. We're happy to split this across part-time hours, and there's potential to make the contract permanent in the future for the right person.

Salary: From £12.71 per hour
What you'll be doing
- Packing biscuits and cakes accurately and efficiently
- Picking and assembling orders ready for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Keeping the packing area clean, stocked and well organised
- Safely handling lifting and loading/unloading tasks as needed
Helpful experience (not essential)
- Previous packing, production or warehouse experience
- Picking & packing skills
- Materials handling knowledge
- Comfortable with stock/inventory systems
- Good attention to detail for quality control

Qualifications
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, with strong attention to detail and a focus on product quality.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices, with a willingness to follow company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude and reliability in attending shifts and meeting deadlines.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift and move boxes, and carry out repetitive tasks safely.
- Previous experience in food production, packing, or a similar manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential; full training can be provided.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to changing production requirements or seasonal demands.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
