This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hereford. This role involves carefully packing biscuits into appropriate packaging, ensuring product quality, accurate labeling, and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting products for defects
- Maintaining a clean and organized packing area
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Collaborating with other production team members
- Following standard operating procedures
- Supporting stock rotation
- Assisting with basic record-keeping related to packed goods and materials
Qualifications
- Experience in food production, packing, or a similar manufacturing environment, with an understanding of basic food hygiene and safety
- Strong attention to detail and quality control, including the ability to check packaging, labels, and products accurately
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks safely
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable time management and organizational skills to meet production schedules and maintain a tidy work area
- Willingness to learn, follow company procedures, and uphold the brand’s standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a bakery or food handling role is beneficial but not essential; training can be provided.
