Location: Telford

Salary: Starting salary of £35,115 per annum (rising to £43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off : 12-hour rotating shifts (Days and Nights, including weekends)

What You Will Do

  • Operate state-of-the-art, fully automated machinery that sets the company apart in the FMCG production industry.
  • Lead a team of machine operators, providing training and driving performance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take ownership of the production lines' performance, actively solving problems and optimising efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes to boost productivity and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health and Safety standards, maintaining the highest operational standards.
  • Manage start-up and changeovers using standard operating procedures to keep production lines running seamlessly.

  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment, ideally within the food or processing industry.
