About The Role
We are looking for a Production Technician – Vision to join our dynamic Production Team at Liverpool Experience Campus.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in operating video equipment to a high-level during conferences and events, with expertise in video hardware, networked video, and presentation and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom/Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate technical equipment during live events across Vision, Lighting, Sound, Rigging, and Counterweight Flying.
- Support event delivery during get-ins, fit-ups, and get-outs.
- Assist the Senior Technician – Vision in maintaining venue equipment and ensuring safe working practices.
- Work with networking, NDI, projection equipment, and patching systems.
- Liaise professionally with clients, production companies, and internal stakeholders.
- Support and supervise casual, freelance, and partner staff as required.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within live events, entertainment, or corporate presentation environments.
- Knowledge of production processes within a busy multi-venue facility.
- Understanding of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience, confidence, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
- Experience working on large corporate events, sporting events, concerts, or exhibitions is desirable.
