About the Role
Join our Hardware Test team based in Brighton, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our products. You'll design, maintain and optimise production test equipment, developing innovative automated test solutions that support both new product introduction and ongoing manufacturing operations.
- Develop, deploy and maintain production test systems for both new and existing hardware products using LabVIEW and JTAG Boundary Scan technologies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver the product development roadmap and design, build and validate in-house test equipment for our product range.
- Support manufacturing operations by investigating production faults, diagnosing root causes and resolving issues through component-level fault finding and analysis.
- Translate technical requirements and design briefs into practical, effective testing and engineering solutions.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support product development, testing activities and manufacturing processes.
- Manage assigned projects and tasks to ensure delivery within agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards.

What Can You Expect from This Role?
- Own automated test systems and see your work used in production.
- Work across hardware and software, solving real-world engineering challenges.
- Drive product quality and innovation from development through to manufacture.
What Are We Looking For?
- Several years experience developing production test solutions in an electronics manufacturing environment, including LabVIEW-based automated test systems.
- Experience with electronics testing, test jig development, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting to component level.
- A positive, organised and adaptable team player with excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.
