Indicative areas of activity

• Receive, quality check, and record all goods arriving at the studio, including finished products and components.
• Ensure the studio, workshop, and storage areas are well organized and maintained.
• Prepare goods for fulfillment and dispatch from the studio, including packing, crating, and photographing where required.
• Support with PINCH in-house production and assembly.
• Quality check goods returning to the business and re-box where required.
• Visit our warehouse and suppliers to assist with quality checking and boxing products.
• Attend to shop maintenance, repairs, and snags, regular paint and finish repair.
• Print assembly instructions and prepare ancillary items for orders.
• Support the team with shop changeovers, photoshoots, and events.
• Provide cover for Office Manager tasks during absence.
• Potential visits to client’s homes to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Additional tasks and deliverables as they arise, suited to the business needs, role, and responsibility level.

This is a Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm position based in our Kennington studio, with travel as per business needs.

Hours will be expected to be kept flexible at key but rare moments in the calendar.
