Assistant Centre Manager
Assistant Centre Manager role for a growing automotive service centre, suited to an experienced professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, safety, and excellent customer service. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a strong salary package, bonus potential, and excellent training and career development benefits.
Must have a valid MOT Licence and a full UK driving licence.

Shift and schedule
Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am 4pm (with day off in week)

Skills and experience
Applicants must have a proven track record in an Automotive Assistant Manager City & Guilds or NVQ, or other relevant technical qualifications
Job Responsibilities for the Protyre Assistant Centre Manager role
- Support the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring targets and business objectives are met
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Allocate work effectively to technicians to maximise productivity and maintain high standards
- Maintain strong operational standards, including cleanliness, stock control, cost control, and compliance
- Assist with MOT testing, servicing, and vehicle maintenance duties when required
