The successful candidate will become a key knowledge resource for the Products practice, monitoring UK and EU regulatory developments and translating them into practical insights, training, and resources. Working closely with partners, lawyers, and wider knowledge teams, they will also help shape the practice’s approach to knowledge sharing and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor UK and EU legal and regulatory developments, including horizon scanning and practical updates.
- Lead and coordinate legal training and know-how initiatives.
- Support thought leadership, client briefings, and business development activity.
- Develop and maintain precedents, templates, and other knowledge resources.
- Provide technical and know-how support to lawyers across the practice.
- Identify opportunities to improve knowledge sharing through AI, legal technology, and automation.

This role would particularly suit an established Knowledge/Professional Support Lawyer with 5+ years' PQE and strong Products and regulatory experience. Applications are also encouraged from experienced fee-earners or in-house lawyers with relevant Products expertise who are looking to move into a dedicated knowledge position.
Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent communication and presentation skills will be important, alongside a proactive approach and an interest in legal innovation and technology.
