What To Expect

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our collaborative TA team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce by attracting, selecting, and hiring internal and external talent.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activity, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure diverse talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Provide expert recruitment advice and guidance on attraction strategies, assessment approaches, market insights and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning and future capability requirements, using talent market insights to support organisational objectives and hiring decisions.
  • Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipelining activities to build diverse talent pools for critical, specialist and future-focused positions.
  • Coach and upskill hiring managers on interviewing effectiveness, inclusive hiring practices and recruitment best practice.
  • Build strong relationships across assigned business functions through regular stakeholder engagement, developing a deep understanding of hiring needs, workforce challenges and talent market trends.
  • Lead recruitment activity across Commercial, Corporate, Supply Chain and Operational functions, ensuring quality, pace and diversity of hire.
  • Analyse recruitment market trends, competitor activity and talent insights, providing recommendations to improve attraction strategies and hiring outcomes.
  • Utilise a range of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media and employee referrals, to identify and engage high-quality talent.
  • Use recruitment data, metrics and market insights to monitor performance, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage offer negotiations and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process to secure top talent.
  • Execute employer brand and attraction initiatives that strengthen our position in the talent market and enhance candidate engagement.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment processes, tools and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within Talent Acquisition.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Careers programmes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Essential

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience recruiting across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operational functions within a complex organisation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with and influence hiring managers at all levels.
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates through direct sourcing techniques.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.

Desirable

  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience using recruitment data and insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • Experience with talent mapping and pipelining.
  • Comfortable travelling regularly to sites and building strong operational stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or other high-volume operational environments.
  • Experience of driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment.
  • Experience supporting early careers, graduate or apprenticeship hiring.
