Job Description: Care Professional (Part-Time & Full-Time)

The Opportunities

We are recruiting Part-Time and Full-Time Care Professionals to visit clients in their own homes across South Bucks, including:

  • High Wycombe
  • Chesham
  • Amersham
  • The Chalfonts
  • Beaconsfield
  • Marlow
  • Bourne End
  • Gerrards Cross

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer companionship, support, and routine assistance to clients
  • Escort clients to shopping, appointments, or social activities (where appropriate)
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and a caring demeanour

Requirements & Criteria (Must Meet All)

  • Passionate about caregiving and wanting to make a tangible difference
  • Capable of maintaining independence and a client’s autonomy
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and dependable
  • Minimum age: 18+ years
  • Must have:
    • A driving licence (essential for taking clients on outings)
