Job Description: Care Professional (Part-Time & Full-Time)

The Opportunities
We are recruiting Part-Time and Full-Time Care Professionals to visit clients in their own homes across South Bucks, including:
- High Wycombe
- Chesham
- Amersham
- The Chalfonts
- Beaconsfield
- Marlow
- Bourne End
- Gerrards Cross

Training & Independence

Key Responsibilities
- Offer companionship, support, and routine assistance to clients
- Escort clients to shopping, appointments, or social activities (where appropriate)
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and a caring demeanour

Requirements & Criteria (Must Meet All)
- Passionate about caregiving and wanting to make a tangible difference
- Capable of maintaining independence and a client’s autonomy
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and dependable
- Minimum age: 18+ years
- Must have:
- A driving licence (essential for taking clients on outings)
