About the Role
We are looking to grow our team of Care Assistants in the South Bucks area, covering the following communities:
- Marlow
- Beaconsfield
- Amersham
- Chesham
- The Chalfont’s
- High Wycombe
- Bourne End
- All surrounding areas

Professional Care Assistant Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: £14.15 - £15.45 per hour
- Travel allowance: 40p - 45p per mile
- Minimum 1-hour visits to ensure dedicated care

Key Responsibilities
As a Professional Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide non-medical care and companionship to older adults
- Support clients with light housekeeping and personal care
- Encourage, assist, and stimulate clients to maintain independence in their homes
- Build trust and meaningful relationships with clients
- Adapt care plans to meet individual needs

Requirements
Experience in care is not mandatory as Home Instead provides full paid training for successful candidates. A successful applicant will:
