CAREGiver Role
We are seeking compassionate individuals with a desire to make a true difference in improving the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Edgbaston as a CAREGiver.
Responsibilities As a CAREGiver, you will:
- Provide a variety of non-medical support services to help clients maintain independence in their own homes.
- Build meaningful relationships through shared interests, hobbies, and companionship.
- Offer trustworthy, respectful, and reliable care tailored to individual needs.

Requirements
- No formal qualifications or prior experience necessary, but beneficial if you have:
- Experience working in a care setting or interacting with older people.
- Personal or voluntary experience in caregiving (e.g., caring for a family member).
- Strong passion for supporting others and commitment to delivering an outstanding service.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and warmth when building professional friendships.
- Comfort with spending time in social settings and maintaining companionship.
