Professional Development Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Professional Development Consultant based in United Kingdom.

The Professional Development Consultant will support individuals exploring leadership and personal development opportunities through relationship-focused and consultative engagement.

This role combines professional relationship development, digital marketing, structured conversations, and ongoing personal growth.

You will connect with people interested in development programs, understand their goals, and provide relevant information based on their needs and interests.

The position offers significant autonomy, giving you the freedom to manage your schedule, priorities, and daily activities independently.

You will work with established systems and proven processes while maintaining professional judgment and a proactive approach to relationship building.

Ongoing leadership and personal development training will provide opportunities to strengthen your capabilities and continue your own professional growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Use digital marketing strategies and established systems to connect with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs.

  • Develop professional relationships through thoughtful, personalized communication.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with interested individuals throughout the decision-making process.
  • Build trust and communicate the value of relevant development opportunities clearly and professionally.
  • Apply established systems, processes, and frameworks while exercising sound professional judgment.
  • Independently manage your schedule, priorities, daily activities, and responsibilities.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training as part of your own continued growth.
  • Maintain proactive follow-through and a professional approach throughout interactions with prospective participants.

Requirements:

  • Bring 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, learning and development, HR, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, client relationships, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead thoughtful one-to-one conversations.
  • Be self-directed, proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently with strong follow-through.
  • Demonstrate sound professional judgment and the ability to work effectively within established systems and processes.
  • Have a genuine interest in continued personal and professional development.
  • Be comfortable working within an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed-salary model.
  • Be based in Saudi Arabia and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Be an experienced professional; this opportunity is not intended for students or recent graduates.
