We are looking to recruit a Professional Development Officer to replace the existing post-holder, who has moved to a different role within the RTPI. This role will suit an applicant with excellent customer/client service and support skills and experience of working in a membership body, institute, or professional association.
In this role, the tasks will include:
- Collecting, auditing, and assessing CPD records of Members of the RTPI, in accordance with the requirements set out in the RTPI Code of Professional Conduct.
- Ensuring the process of feeding back to Members is supportive and professional, identifying learning points for those Members.
