Job Title: Professional Face-to Face Fundraiser

Location: Private site locations, regular travel within 50 miles of home address

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 proven achievable (uncapped earnings)

Hours: Full-time

Contract: Self-employed

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Capll Ltd are established leaders in face-to-face fundraising. We are proud of the fact that our teams are mostly long-term experienced fundraisers. Many have worked on our behalf across various campaigns for several years. We are not a third-party agency and have built strong and trusted relationships with our charity partners.

What the role involves

For this role you would be supporting one of our amazing charities Alzheimer’s Society in private site venues such as shopping centres, major supermarkets, retail parks & national shows within 50 miles of your home address. You would be inspiring members of the public to support the charity with a committed direct debit.

To continue growing our impact, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Professional Fundraiser to join our team and help power the next phase of their mission.

What we are looking for

  • Strong face-to-face sales experience (charity or lottery preferred)
  • Willing and able to travel in and around your local area within a 50-mile radius.
  • Full UK driving licence (you will be required to carry the necessary equipment to venues).
  • Excellent communicator with care and compassion.
  • Target driven and self-motivated.
  • Passionate about the charity you are representing.
  • Keep up to date with fundraising regulations and best practice, including compliance with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice.

As a self-employed fundraiser you will benefit from:
