About the Role
The Institute of Osteopathy’s Audit and Risk Committee plays a vital role in supporting effective governance, financial oversight, and risk management across the organisation. Joining the committee will give you the opportunity to contribute your skills, experience, and professional judgement to help ensure the iO remains resilient, accountable, and forward-facing. You don’t need finance or audit experience just sound judgement and a commitment to good governance.
A strong Audit and Risk Committee is essential to a successful business. It provides challenge, support, and accountability, helping ensure we remain focused on what matters most to our members. By combining different experiences and viewpoints, the committee helps create better outcomes for everyone.
This committee brings together passionate individuals from across the business who are committed to improving the way we work, supporting our members, and ensuring our decisions reflect our values and strategic goals.
