We are looking for a Professional Qualifications Manager within our Talent Development team to support the Head of Early Careers, Talent Development in shaping and evolving the firm's professional qualifications framework, ensuring qualification pathways remain aligned to business priorities, future capability requirements and the changing needs of the Early Careers population. The role leads qualification governance, provider relationships and programme performance, acting as the firm's subject matter expert to drive learner outcomes, compliance and continuous improvement.
You'll make an impact by
- Leading the ongoing review, design and evolution of professional qualification pathways across service lines, ensuring alignment with current and future business capability requirements
- Driving the development of qualification strategies that support the firm's evolving Early Careers population, talent objectives and workforce planning priorities
- Owning end-to-end qualification pathway governance, ensuring compliance with professional body, apprenticeship and regulatory requirements
- Evaluating qualification performance, pathway design and learner outcomes, identifying opportunities to enhance programme effectiveness and commercial value
- Leading the governance framework linking qualification outcomes with progression, reward and career milestone decisions
- Leading strategic relationships with training providers, professional bodies and awarding organisations
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance learner experience, programme effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Owning qualification policies, standards, governance frameworks and associated documentation

What we are looking for
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Demonstrated experience leading professional qualification strategy, education programmes or workforce development initiatives
- Experience shaping qualification pathways, learning frameworks or talent development programmes in response to evolving business needs
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders to drive change and improve programme outcomes
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance learner outcomes, business priorities and investment decisions
- Experience leading provider performance management, contract governance and continuous improvement initiatives
- ICAEW qualified (or equivalent)
